We have moved into a 60 year old single  level house and want to remove the carpet in the lounge room, dining room, kitchen and hallway and get the original floorboards sanded and polished. There are also an extension that was completed that only has partial board underneath and we would need to add floorboards on top. Need carpet ripped up and tiles removed, new underlay and floating laminate floor layed. Floor plan attached - doing from kitchen door to far wall of family room.I have no idea what kind of budget is reasonable, trying to get a price to see if I can make this work.
