My career in early learning began in 2013, and I joined Community Kids Narre Warren in 2024. I have a deep passion for child development and creating high-quality learning environments.
I hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education, and over time, I have also developed a strong interest in leadership and operations. My inspiration for this career comes from my love for children and their natural curiosity. Watching them explore, question, and grow every day is what makes this field so rewarding. Our dedicated educators are passionate about building strong, trusting connections with children and families. We believe partnerships with families are essential, and we work closely with parents to create a supportive community where every child feels a true sense of belonging.
While we understand that this can be inconvenient, Community Kids is committed to maintaining a healthy environment and reducing the risk of infection for all children. Starting child care is a big milestone, and a little preparation can help your child feel more comfortable and confident. We create Individual Learning Plans for each child, based on their interests, strengths and developmental goals, and partner with families to regularly review and update each plan. Our Government-approved Kindergarten program is delivered by Bachelor-qualified Early Childhood Teachers, supporting school readiness and confident transitions to school. Our team of highly qualified educators hold Diploma and Certificate III qualifications. My child loves it there and I’m really comfortable with all the staff and the centre.
Regular visits from emergency services, Body Safety Australia, Responsible Pet Ownership, Dentist and sporting, drama and cultural organisations all enhance the learning experience provided. Art and music experiences are provided on a daily basis which allow the children to freely express their creativity. We're ready to welcome your family and provide exceptional early learning experiences from day one. Welcome to Little Roses, where we celebrate the early years as a precious and inspiring journey filled with wonder, joy, and endless possibilities. We believe that every child is unique, capable, and deserving of a nurturing environment where they feel safe, valued, and inspired to learn.
To support children with additional needs or those learning English as an additional language, we create an inclusive environment shaped by collaboration with families, specialists, and support services. Our educators use visual aids, key word signing, consistent routines, and incorporate home languages and cultural practices to help every child feel secure, engaged, and empowered to learn. At our Narre Warren early learning centre, our kindergarten program supports each child’s learning and development in the lead-up to school.
My approach is to support each child’s development at their own pace, ensuring they feel safe, nurtured, and encouraged to explore the world around them. Every child is unique, and providing them with an environment where they feel confident and valued is key to their success. Choosing a childcare centre involves more than just finding a convenient location; it’s about finding a community that supports your child’s growth. At Apple Blossoms, we provide a holistic approach to early education across our centres in Narre Warren, Shepparton, South Melbourne, and Mooroopna. Our curriculum is designed to spark curiosity and foster a lifelong love of learning, ensuring that every child in our care feels safe, respected, and inspired.
